Terms of Service

By accessing and using lessonu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by lessonu Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000), a company registered in Australia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Lesson does not store your credit card details.

Prices may change with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access to paid features. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Data associated with your account will be retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it may be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time before deletion.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Lesson Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Lesson a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Lesson Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
